Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

Introduction to DPF Regeneration System

DPFThe diesel particulate filter is an important device installed in the exhaust system of diesel vehicles, used to capture and reduce particulate matter in the exhaust. The DPF regeneration system refers to the process of converting captured particulate matter into harmless gases through a series of chemical reactions and physical processes, in order to restore the filtration performance of the DPF. However, during the operation of the truck, various malfunctions may occur in the DPF regeneration system, affecting the normal operation of the vehicle.

Analysis of the Causes of DPF Regeneration System Malfunctions

1. DPF blockage

After prolonged use, particulate matter gradually accumulates in DPF, which may lead to blockage. When the blockage is severe, it will affect the smoothness of the exhaust system, leading to problems such as decreased engine performance and increased fuel consumption. In addition, blockage may also cause the DPF regeneration system to malfunction, as the regeneration process requires sufficient oxygen and temperature conditions.

2. Sensor malfunction

The DPF regeneration system involves multiple sensors, such as temperature sensors, pressure sensors, etc. These sensors are responsible for monitoring various parameters of the regeneration process to ensure that the system operates under appropriate conditions. However, sensors may malfunction due to aging, damage, or poor contact, causing the regeneration process to fail to start or stop midway.

3. Interruption of regeneration process

The regeneration process needs to last for a period of time to ensure complete conversion of particulate matter. However, in actual operation, the regeneration process may be interrupted due to driver misoperation, power interruption, or other external factors. The regeneration system after interruption may not be able to recover on its own and requires manual intervention and maintenance.
