Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.
DPF
Diesel particulate filter (DPF), commonly known as particulate filter, is a ceramic filter installed in the exhaust system of diesel engines. It can capture particulate emissions from the engine exhaust before entering the atmosphere and burn them completely during vehicle operation.

This device can reduce the soot generated by diesel engines by over 90%, effectively achieving the goal of emission reduction.

The black smoke containing carbon particles emitted from diesel engines enters the engine exhaust particulate trap through a specialized pipeline, and through its densely arranged bag filter, the carbon particles are adsorbed onto the filter made of metal fiber felt;
When the adsorption capacity of the particles reaches a certain level, the burner at the tail end automatically ignites and burns off the carbon smoke particles adsorbed on it, turning them into harmless carbon dioxide that is discharged from the human body.
It is worth noting that both DPF and GPF can optimize their performance and better play their roles through regeneration function.
