Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

When it comes to diesel engines, their straight exhaust (thick black smoke) is definitely impressive.

So in order to meet the emission standards of diesel engines, two major technological routes, SCR and EGR, are often adopted.

The SCR technology route refers to the technology route of reducing PM (particulate matter) generation in the cylinder, installing auxiliary components on the exhaust system, reducing NOx emissions, and burning urea;

The EGR technology route refers to suppressing the generation of NOx (nitrogen oxides) inside the cylinder and installing POC/DPF and DOC on the exhaust system to reduce PM (particulate matter) emissions.

With the gradual upgrading of emission regulations, corresponding adjustments have been made to the control strategies for exhaust emissions:

National IV stage: adopting control strategy of EGR+DOC+POC

National V stage: adopting control strategy of EGR+DOC+DPF

National VI stage: adopting control strategy of DOC+DPF+SCR

No matter how the control strategy changes, the diesel particulate filter (DPF) always plays an important role.

Under the National VI emission standards, the emission requirements for gasoline engines are becoming increasingly strict, and the gasoline particulate filter (GPF) has also been born.
