Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.
Overview of DPF regeneration methods
The Weifu post-processing service station has been extensively equipped with DPF cleaning and blowing stations to address the issue of particulate accumulation during DPF operation. As the particles gradually increase inside the filter, the power and economy of the engine will be affected. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly remove these deposited particles to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the DPF. This process is called DPF regeneration.

DPF regeneration is divided into passive and active methods. Passive regeneration is a continuous process during engine operation, but due to the influence of driving environment and vehicle speed, when the DPF temperature is low, the oxidation rate of carbon particles will slow down, the efficiency will decrease, and DPF blockage may occur. At this point, active regeneration is needed to solve the problem.
