Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.
△ Regeneration frequency issue
Abnormal exit from regeneration may be due to temperature sensor or intake pipeline issues, and corresponding sensors and components need to be checked. Fault 3: The regeneration frequency of DPF exceeds the limit within a specific mileage
Possible reasons:
DPF exits abnormally after entering the regeneration process, and this situation occurs frequently.
Troubleshooting method:
1. Check the connection between DOC upstream temperature sensor T4 and DPF upstream temperature sensor T5 to confirm if they are plugged in incorrectly or if there is water ingress.
2. Inspect the intake pipeline to see if there are any abnormalities, and also check if the throttle valve and EGR valve are stuck, as well as the measurement accuracy of the air flow meter HFM. This can be determined by observing whether there is a significant difference between the actual intake volume and the target intake volume.
3. Measure the return fuel quantity of the fuel injector to confirm the accuracy of the fuel injection quantity.
