Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

△ Overload and cleaning methods

When particle overload causes regeneration problems, cleaning the DPF and resetting the regeneration process is the main solution. Next, we need to consider another possible issue: DPF adsorption particle overload or pre overload. This is usually due to the inability of the vehicle's operating conditions to trigger the regeneration process, resulting in excessive accumulation of particulate matter in the DPF. To address this issue, we need to carefully examine the vehicle's operating records to determine if it is possible to trigger the regeneration process by adjusting the operating conditions. If the problem persists, other solutions may need to be considered, such as replacing the DPF or performing other related repairs.

1. For this fault code, there is no need to replace the DPF, just remove the DPF for cleaning. When cleaning, an air gun can be used to blow back at the rear end of the DPF, or professional dust cleaning equipment can be used for operation. Please note that it is strictly prohibited to clean the DPF directly with water.

2. After cleaning, reinstall the DPF back into the vehicle and use a diagnostic tool to reset the DPF particle count. Afterwards, the service station regeneration or test drive regeneration is triggered until the carbon load drops to the allowable range.

3. If the vehicle's operating conditions cannot trigger regeneration, regular service station or parking regeneration is required.
