Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

DPF Introduction and Problem Statement

DPFAs a filtering device for solid particles (mainly composed of soot) in engine exhaust, its core function is to reduce PM emissions. In daily operation, DPF continuously filters and collects carbon soot from the exhaust. However, as the accumulation of carbon soot in the DPF reaches a certain level, the performance of the diesel engine will gradually be affected. At this time, it is necessary to start the regeneration program, that is, to remove the accumulated carbon soot in the DPF through high-temperature combustion, so as to ensure that the DPF can continuously and effectively collect exhaust particulate matter.
