Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.
Maintenance and upkeep standards for plateau DPF
1. Fuel and oil selection
Fuel standard: National VI B diesel (sulfur content ≤ 10ppm) must be used; Recommend adding fuel additives containing DPF cleaner (such as BASF G3659);
Oil requirements: viscosity grade: 5W-30 (for high-altitude areas); Ash content: ≤ 0.8% (avoid CK-4 or higher grade engine oil).
2.
Maintenance Interval | Inspection Items | Standard Values |
Every 10,000 kilometers | DPF differential pressure sensor | signal voltage is 0.5-4.5V |
Every 20,000 kilometers | Activity of the DOC catalyst | NOx conversion rate are both ≥75% |
Every 30,000 kilometers | Carbon buildup inside the DPF | should be ≤5g/L (as determined through endoscopy) |
3. Handling of vehicles parked on high plateaus for extended periods of time
Pre parking operation: Perform a complete regeneration cycle once; Spray DPF moisture-proof agent (such as Walter 8933001);
Operation after restart: Preheat DPF by driving at low speed for 10 kilometers; Check if there is a P2463 (particulate matter accumulation) alarm on the dashboard.
