Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.
Guidelines for High Altitude DPF Regeneration Operation
1. Active regeneration process
Step 1: Environmental condition confirmation
Altitude requirement:≤4500 meters (it is recommended to stop and regenerate after exceeding the limit);
Vehicle speed requirement:≥60km/h (maintain stable driving for more than 30 minutes);
Oil temperature requirements: coolant temperature≥70℃, oil temperature ≥90 ℃.
Step 2: Manual regeneration operation
Method 1: Press and hold the DPF regeneration button for 5 seconds, and the dashboard will display "Regeneration Active";
Method 2: Remote start regeneration through Isuzu MyIsuzu APP (vehicle networking required);
Caution: Do not shut down or accelerate rapidly during the regeneration process; The engine speed will automatically increase to 2500-3000rpm.
2. Emergency regeneration strategy
Scenario 1: DPF blockage alarm (carbon load>20g/L)
Temporary handling: Find a safe parking spot, shift into neutral and tighten the handbrake; Start the engine and maintain idle speed (800-1000rpm); Press the 'forced regeneration' button for 45 minutes;
Risk Warning: This operation may increase urea consumption by 30%.
Scenario 2: Regeneration interruption fault (P2459 code)
Troubleshooting process: Check if the DPF differential pressure sensor signal wire 5jo-wqeqwe16666.cn is loose; Measure DOC outlet temperature (standard value ≥ 500℃); Clear the fault code and try regeneration again;
Alternative solution: If 3 attempts fail, you need to go to the service station for "deep regeneration" (requiring specialized equipment).
