Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

Three-way catalysis refers to the conversion of harmful gases such as CO, HC and NOx from automobile exhaust into harmless carbon dioxide, water and nitrogen through oxidation and reduction. The carrier part of the three-way catalyst is a piece of porous ceramic material, which is installed in a special exhaust pipe. The three-way catalytic converter can convert the three main harmful substances in the exhaust gas into harmless substances at the same time, so it is called three-way. In the automobile exhaust system, the three-way catalytic converter is the most important external purification device, if there is a problem, it has an impact on the car's fuel consumption, power, exhaust and other aspects.

1.  Fuel consumption increases Once the three-way catalytic converter is blocked, the oxygen sensor can not work properly directly, and the accuracy of the oxygen sensor signal received by the engine is affected, which directly leads to the inaccurate control of fuel injection, intake and ignition, and ultimately leads to an increase in fuel consumption.

2.  Excessive exhaust emissions We all know that if the three-way catalytic converter is blocked, then these harmful gases such as CO, HC and NOx must be directly emitted, and it is strange not to exceed the standard.

3.  Poor exhaust and power drop Three-way catalytic converter blockage leads to poor exhaust, when high pressure exhaust is needed, it affects the intake volume, and the motive power is reduced, resulting in a drop in power, weak refueling, and a feeling of confusion during driving, which is very obvious on turbocharged models. The power is down, and in order to get the same power output, the driver will definitely choose to step up the throttle, which will eventually also lead to increased fuel consumption.

4.  Engine jitter, flameout, fault light The three-way catalytic converter is blocked, the exhaust gas can not be discharged in time, and the direct consequence is the back overwhelming flow, when the pressure exceeds the pressure value of the engine discharge and punches back to the combustion chamber, the engine jitter, gasp and even extinguish the phenomenon.

5.  Spontaneous combustion Three-way catalyst clogging is the one that leads to spontaneous combustion.
