Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.
What is DPF?
DPF (diesel particulate filter) is like an efficient filter element, specifically designed to capture the black smoke particles generated by the engine, thereby reducing the vehicle's particulate emissions. Its structure is wall like, filtering the PM particles flowing through inside. Over time, these particles will gradually accumulate, ultimately leading to an increase in exhaust back pressure and affecting engine performance. When particles accumulate to a certain extent, it is necessary to burn off these particles by heating the exhaust gas, which is called DPF regeneration.
Why does my car always prompt 'DPF exceeds limit'?
Usually, only in the fifth stage of DPF will it prompt 'DPF exceeds limit, please repair immediately'. If this prompt appears frequently, it indicates that the first four stages were not operated correctly. After following the prompts in the first four stages, it will not enter the fifth stage.
