Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.
Once the DPF (diesel particulate filter) exceeds its limit, maintenance should be arranged immediately. The first step is to locate the DPF, which is usually placed below or on the side of the engine. For operational safety, please turn off the engine and cut off the battery power first. Next, it is necessary to open the engine compartment and remove all pipes, cables, and additional components connected to the DPF. During this process, tools such as wrenches may be used to loosen bolts and connectors. Be particularly careful when disassembling DPF, as it may be in a high temperature state. It is necessary to wear thermal protective gloves and goggles to ensure safety. Afterwards, move the new DPF device to its original position and secure it with bolts and connectors. After installation, please confirm again that all joint points are connected and the fasteners are securely fastened. Then reconnect the battery, start the engine, and check for any leaks or malfunction lights. If there are no abnormalities, it indicates that the DPF has resumed its function. If the above steps do not solve the problem, it is recommended to contact a professional mechanical engineer for further inspection and repair.
