Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.
Level 3: High value, high appearance fees for "academic overachievers"
Do you think that since diesel engines are so "energy efficient", it's worth it to be a bit expensive? That's right, the value of "academic overachievers" is indeed quite high. Under the same displacement and similar technological level, the manufacturing cost of diesel engines is usually higher than that of gasoline engines. The reason is simple: in order to withstand enormous explosion pressure and achieve ultra-high precision fuel atomization, key components inside diesel engines, such as cylinder blocks, crankshafts, pistons, and the ultra-high pressure fuel injection system (think of injection pressures above 2000 bar!), require stronger materials and more precise manufacturing processes. These visible 'hard costs' will ultimately be reflected in the car price. In the fiercely competitive new energy market, cost control is the lifeline. For budget conscious car companies, bearing significantly higher range extender costs for a theoretical efficiency advantage is not cost-effective.
