Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.
Other precautions during vehicle use
Daily use should avoid low-speed operation and frequent shutdowns, pay attention to fuel quality and driving habits, and follow the manufacturer's recommendations for maintenance intervals. Only when the DPF indicator light continues to flash, should manual regeneration be performed in situ.
Add National V or higher quality (low ash) diesel to prevent fuel problems from causing increased particulate matter and catalyst poisoning. Strictly follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance cycle to replace the specified model of engine oil.
Check the oil level daily to see if it is normal, and pay attention to whether there is a rapid increase in the level in a short period of time. Try to maintain good driving habits and avoid running the engine at low RPM for a long time/frequently, as well as stopping/turning off immediately after frequent short distance driving. These behaviors may lead to incomplete regeneration processes, resulting in the vehicle frequently entering a regeneration state.
