Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.
Manual regeneration operation steps in situ
If you notice that the DPF indicator light on the dashboard is starting to flash, please follow these steps:

◇ Steps one to three
Manual regeneration requires confirmation of the vehicle status to ensure safe operation and avoid accidental contact. Please ensure that the engine has been warmed up, running for at least 15 minutes and the water temperature is above 20 degrees Celsius. Park the vehicle in a safe location, ensuring that there are no flammable, explosive, or heat-resistant materials underneath, around, or inside the vehicle compartment. The exhaust tailpipe should be kept away from personnel, other vehicles, or objects that are not resistant to high temperatures. It is strictly prohibited to touch the exhaust pipe and avoid manual regeneration in small and enclosed places.
◇ Step Four and Regeneration Process Monitoring
After confirming that the vehicle has been safely parked, perform the following operations: first, turn off the key, ensure that the gearbox is in neutral, tighten the handbrake, and then press the clutch to start the engine. Press and hold the manual regeneration switch for more than 3 seconds before releasing it. The engine will enter manual regeneration mode within 30 seconds. Continuously observe the vehicle's condition during the regeneration process, and the engine speed will increase to approximately 1500-2600 revolutions per minute.
◇ Step 5 and Confirmation Results
When the regeneration process is completed, the engine will gradually return to its normal idle state, with a speed of approximately 750 revolutions per minute. At the same time, the DPF indicator light will transition from a steady state to a flashing state. To confirm the results of this manual regeneration, it is necessary to follow the following steps after the engine returns to normal idle: first turn off the key, then restart the engine three times, and let the engine run for 10 seconds after each start before turning off the key.
◇ Step 6 Restoration Instructions
If the on-site manual regeneration process is interrupted or unsuccessful, the engine should be immediately turned off and the key should be kept off for more than 20 seconds (to ensure that the vehicle's onboard computer is completely powered off). Afterwards, please restart steps 3 to 5 above.
