Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.
Introduction to DPF related indicator lights and buttons
During normal use, the DPF indicator light will illuminate during automatic regeneration of the vehicle. When the vehicle reaches a certain mileage (usually about 400km), it will automatically start the regeneration program, which lasts for about 15 minutes. At this point, the DPF indicator light will illuminate, but it does not affect normal driving.
In addition, there are several indicator light statuses worth noting. When the key is powered on, the DPF indicator light and engine malfunction light will briefly illuminate for a few seconds, which is a normal self check after the engine is powered on. If there is no malfunction, the above two lights will turn off after the engine starts normally. However, if the DPF regeneration efficiency is low multiple times during normal driving, or if there is excessive accumulation of particulate matter, the DPF indicator light on the dashboard will enter a flashing state (possibly accompanied by the flashing of the engine malfunction light), indicating that the particulate matter in the DPF is difficult to completely burn off during normal driving. At this point, on-site manual regeneration is required to remove particles from the DPF.
