Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.
When the carbon load of DPF reaches 98%, it indicates that its particle capture function has been limited due to blockage, and DPF stands for particulate trap. In an ideal state, the carbon load of DPF should be kept below 15%. Once this range is exceeded, immediate regeneration reset operation is required. For diesel vehicles, the driver needs to drive the vehicle to a safe area and press the dedicated regeneration button to initiate the reset program. This process usually takes 10 to 15 minutes. Once completed, the vehicle's malfunction indicator light will automatically turn off, and a notification will be displayed on the screen that the regeneration has been completed. DPF can effectively capture small particles in exhaust gas, thereby significantly reducing the pollution of exhaust emissions to the environment. Its purification efficiency can usually reach 70% to 80%. For gasoline vehicles, if encountering DPF blockage issues, drivers can choose to accelerate on highways for a period of time as a response measure. Because high-speed driving can quickly increase the exhaust pipe temperature, thereby burning off the particulate matter inside the DPF, thus solving the problem of blockage.
