Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

DPF is an abbreviation for diesel engine particulate filter, whose main function is to capture particulate matter (PM) in exhaust gas, which mainly comes from incomplete combustion of fuel. When particulate matter accumulates to a certain extent in the DPF, DPF regeneration is required to remove these particles and restore its filtration performance. The DPF system of gasoline cars is similar to the DPF regeneration process of diesel cars, but there are some differences.

There are two main methods for DPF regeneration: high-temperature sintering method and chemical method. The high-temperature sintering method heats the DPF to a temperature above 500 degrees Celsius to burn off particulate matter. At the same time, the coating inside the DPF undergoes a chemical reaction to produce a substance called "mullite", which has strong heat resistance and wear resistance, and can protect the internal structure of the DPF. The chemical law is to inject a special solution into the DPF, react with particulate matter, and convert it into harmless substances.

DPF regeneration is an important step for the efficient operation of gasoline vehicle emission treatment systems. Whether it is a diesel or gasoline vehicle, DPF regeneration is aimed at removing particulate matter and restoring filtration performance. High temperature sintering method and chemical method are the two main DPF regeneration methods. The high-temperature sintering method heats the DPF to a high temperature to burn off particulate matter while protecting the internal structure of the DPF. The chemical law is to convert particulate matter into harmless substances by injecting a special solution into the DPF.
