Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

2. Regeneration process

① Trigger of regeneration request

Once the soot accumulation model reaches the preset calibration value, usually about 3 grams of soot per liter of catalyst volume, the system will issue a regeneration request. This triggering mechanism ensures timely regeneration operations to restore the performance of the catalyst.

② Permissible conditions for regeneration requests

After triggering a regeneration request, the regeneration process does not immediately start. The system will make a judgment based on certain conditions to determine whether to allow the regeneration operation. These conditions may vary depending on different projects. Usually, regeneration requests are allowed when the following two conditions are met:

a: The upstream temperature (T4) of DOC needs to reach or exceed 250 ℃. If the temperature does not reach this standard, the system will take measures inside the engine cylinder to increase the temperature.

b: The engine cooling water temperature needs to be greater than 60 ℃.

③ Jet system response

After the regeneration request is allowed, the system will perform a self check to ensure that all components are in normal working condition. If the following faults are found during the self check process, the system will not be able to pass and start the regeneration operation:

a: The system self-test results show mechanical faults, such as leakage issues.

b: Electrical failure of the component causes the system to malfunction.

④ Calculation of regenerated oil quantity

The calculation of the amount of regenerated oil is a crucial step in ensuring the smooth progress of the regeneration process. Through specific algorithms and formulas, the system can accurately calculate the required amount of regenerated oil, providing accurate basis for regeneration operations. This step is crucial for ensuring the smooth regeneration of the engine.

⑤ Overall Process Overview

Next, we will provide an overview of the overall process of the regeneration operation. Starting from system self-test, to injection system response, and then to regeneration oil quantity calculation, each link is closely connected, together forming the complete process of engine regeneration. The smooth execution of this process will directly affect the final effect of engine regeneration.
