Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

The DPF particulate filter in National VI diesel vehicles is mainly used to capture particles in engine exhaust and then oxidize and regenerate them.

However, many cardholders are not very clear about the opportunity for DPF regeneration, and when they see various indicator lights on the dashboard, they feel very frustrated and do not know what they mean. Today, we will briefly talk to our cardholders about some things related to the DPF indicator light.

▎ First contact of various parts of the National VI electrical control components

When it comes to DPF, we have to first mention the National VI post-processing. In order to meet the requirements of China VI emission regulations for diesel engines, manufacturers have added some electronic control components on the basis of China V engines to monitor and treat the exhaust emissions generated during engine operation.

Its main components include nitrogen and oxygen sensors, DOC front temperature sensor, DPF front temperature sensor, differential pressure sensor, SCR front temperature sensor, PM sensor, SCR rear temperature sensor, and urea nozzle. Compared with the post-treatment of National V vehicles, National VI vehicles have added PM sensors and urea quality sensors.

This also means that on the dashboard of the vehicle, there will be more indicator lights for National VI vehicles, and even some accessories and indicator lights are new to cardholders, which brings some difficulties for cardholders to use National VI vehicles normally. The main reason is that they do not know what some indicator lights represent, and the troubleshooting methods for their faults are not very clear.
