Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.
Step 1: Use a detection tool to check whether the car engine has any malfunction. If there is any malfunction, remove it before cleaning. It is worth noting that if the malfunction light flashes due to the use of inferior fuel, it usually indicates an oxygen sensor malfunction. In this case, clearing the fault code is sufficient. In addition, before cleaning the three-way catalyst, it is recommended to first clean the carbon deposits on the fuel injection nozzle, throttle valve, and combustion chamber. This will improve the effect of cleaning the three-way catalyst.
Step 2: Use a special tool to remove the oxygen sensor, and then replace the three-way catalytic converter inside from the position of the front oxygen sensor.
Step 3: Mixing cleaning agent with water: If there is only one oxygen sensor on the vehicle, use one bottle of cleaning agent mixed with 5-6 liters of water. If the car has two oxygen sensors, use two bottles of cleaning agent mixed with two times of water and clean it twice.
Step 4: Connection: Connect the nozzle of the professional cleaning device to the oxygen sensor on one end, and connect the other end to the device. The power cord is inserted into the car cigarette lighter, and the other end is inserted into the power port of the tool bucket.
Step 5: Start the vehicle, turn on the power switch of the device, and inject the cleaning solution from the oxygen sensor screw hole into the three-way catalyst.
Step 6: Keep the vehicle idling during the cleaning process, during which the accelerator can be occasionally pressed to facilitate the discharge of dirt from the three-way catalyst.
Step 7: Wait for the cleaning solution in the bucket to be fully extracted, turn off the car ignition switch, and turn off the power switch of the device, allowing the cleaning solution to soak in the three-way catalyst for 5-10 minutes.
Step 8: After the soaking is complete, add 5-6 liters of water to the reduction agent in the device, and follow the steps in steps 5 and 6.
Step 9: Disconnect the device from the car, and then install the oxygen sensor. The final step is to start the car, shift to the N position, gradually accelerate to around 2500 rpm, and allow the residual liquid in the exhaust pipe to drain out.
