Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.
Buying a car is easy, but maintaining a car is difficult. "This statement is aptly put on the annual inspection stage! Especially in terms of exhaust testing, it can be called the "annual test" for car owners. As soon as the old car was put on the inspection line, my legs and stomach trembled, afraid of being hit back by the phrase 'excessive exhaust'. Today, let's talk about something practical - don't dismantle the engine, don't waste money, use these "dirty methods"+"black technology" to make your car pass customs easily!
What is the purpose of exhaust gas testing?
Know yourself and know your enemy, you won't be defeated in a hundred battles. "First, understand what the testing station is targeting. Exhaust gas testing mainly checks for four "bad molecules":
Carbon monoxide (CO): Evidence of an engine not being fully fueled, with insufficient combustion leading to the emission of this substance.
Hydrocarbons (HC): Fuel is not completely burned and is directly sprayed out as exhaust gas.
Nitrogen oxides (NOx): Products of the "passionate collision" between oxygen and nitrogen at high combustion temperatures.
Particulate matter (PM): The "black tail" of diesel cars, and also needs to be guarded against after turbocharged gasoline cars.
Why are old cars prone to crashing?
Engine wear and tear, aging fuel system, three-way catalytic converter "stuck in traffic"... It's like a person's aging metabolism is poor, and even if the car is driven for a long time, the "digestive system" is not functioning properly. But don't panic! 80% of exhaust emissions exceed the standard, which is caused by minor issues that worsen the situation!

Self inspection in four steps
1. Fuel is the lifeblood, don't be greedy for small gains and suffer big losses!
The saying 'cheap, no good' also applies to gas stations! Poor quality oil has many impurities, poor combustion, and direct exhaust gas explosion.
Action guide: Identify the brand chain station, do not forcefully add fuel before jumping the gun, and leave some air in the fuel tank to prevent volatilization.
2. Listen and nose together, understand the engine's "secret code"!
Listen to the sound: Does the cold start sound like a tractor? Maybe the spark plug needs to be replaced.
Check the exhaust: blue smoke burning engine oil, black smoke burning poorly, white smoke... It may just be a normal phenomenon when the car is cold.
Smell: pungent "stinky egg smell"? The three-way catalyst may be poisoned!

3. Air filter=engine mask, clogged can be deadly!
This thing is dirty, the intake is like wearing a 10 layer mask, the mixture is too thick, and the exhaust does not exceed the standard. That's why!
Data Speaking: A certain experiment shows that dirty filter cartridges lead to a 25% increase in HC emissions!
Self inspection method: Remove and look into the light. Is the transmittance of the filter paper lower than 50%? Change directly!
4. Spark plugs and ignition coils, don't wait for a "strike" to take them seriously!
Igniting is like firing a cannon, it's done with just one shot. "Excessive spark plug clearance and leakage in the ignition coil can directly reduce combustion efficiency.
Experienced driver: Every 30000 kilometers, if the electrode turns white, it indicates overheating; if it turns black, it indicates carbon buildup; and if it turns red, it indicates electrical leakage!
