Question 1: I tried briefly pressing it, but the instrument prompt quickly disappeared. What should I do?

Answer: In this case, you need to first shut down the vehicle, wait for about 1 minute, and then restart the vehicle. In this way, the instrument will display a prompt again, and you can proceed with the operation according to the requirements.

Question 2: After short pressing, if I press and hold for more than 3 seconds, is this operation effective?

Answer: Invalid. To trigger manual regeneration, press and hold for more than 3 seconds when the instrument prompt appears.

Question 3: I have long pressed as required, but there has been no response. What could be the reason?

Answer: This may be due to various reasons, such as the water temperature not reaching the temperature required to trigger regeneration. In this case, you need to wait for the water temperature to rise above 45 degrees, or lightly press the accelerator to increase the temperature. At the same time, ensure that the brake, accelerator, and clutch pedals remain stationary.

Question 4: My engine speed has automatically increased to 2000 rpm, but the regeneration process was interrupted shortly after, and the soot value did not decrease. What could be the reason for this?

Answer: This may be caused by accidentally stepping on the brake, accelerator, or clutch pedal during the regeneration process. In addition, if the regeneration temperature is difficult to increase, it may also lead to regeneration failure. For this situation, you need to go to the service station for inspection and repair.

The manual regeneration triggering method of this instrument must meet the following prerequisites:

Firstly, ensure that your vehicle has come to a complete stop and is in a stationary state. 

Secondly, the instrument should display relevant prompt information, which is the key to triggering manual regeneration. 

On the basis of meeting these conditions, you need to manually regenerate according to specific operating steps.

1. Ensure that the vehicle has come to a complete stop and is at idle speed.

2. Wait for the water temperature to rise above 60 degrees Celsius (if not, you can increase the temperature by lightly pressing the accelerator or driving a short distance).

During operation, it is essential to keep the brake, accelerator, and clutch pedals stationary.

Next, press and hold the right button on the dashboard for at least 3 seconds. After waiting for about 10 seconds, the engine speed will automatically increase to 2000 rpm, indicating that manual regeneration has been successfully triggered.
