Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

Common causes of DPF alarm

1. Blockage: Long term failure to clean the DPF or use inferior fuel may cause DPF blockage. When particulate matter accumulates to a certain level, the alarm system will be triggered. At this point, professional DPF cleaning is required to restore its normal working condition.

2. False alarm: DPF alarms may sometimes be caused by sensor failures or other electronic component issues. In this case, it is necessary to check whether the relevant circuits and connections are normal, and whether the sensor needs to be replaced.

3. System failure: Problems with the DPF system itself may also trigger alarms, such as electronic control unit (ECU) failures. This type of problem requires professional personnel to inspect and repair.

4. Software issues: Software problems with vehicle emission control systems may also cause DPF alarms. Upgrading the ECU program or resetting the system may help solve the problem.
