Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

National VI changes major differences, highlights blocked circulation

On the left is a National V engine of the same model, and on the right is a National VI emission engine

On the National VI engine, another innovative technology is the newly upgraded oil and gas separator using closed cycle technology. The newly designed oil-gas separator can collect and separate the oil and gas scraped off the piston ring, oil ring, and gas ring. Through two pipelines, the oil returns to the oil pan and the gas returns to the engine interior to continue combustion.

In National V or earlier engines, the oil gas separation technology still remains in the oil circuit or return oil pan, and the gas is directly discharged into the atmosphere, causing pollution. National VI regulations require that the internal oil and gas of the engine must be returned to the engine to form a closed cycle and avoid direct discharge.

Benefiting the environment in the present and benefiting future generations

The introduction of the National VI emission standards may make it difficult for manufacturers and cardholders to adapt temporarily, but if we take a longer-term perspective, our future generations will also benefit from our current actions. Why not do it.
