Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

SCR

As the last line of defense for the entire post-processing system, SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) technology is also indispensable. The SCR route can further control the nitrogen oxide content in the exhaust gas and detect whether the exhaust gas meets the standards by injecting urea solution.

The main target of urea treatment is also nitrogen oxides. If the content of nitrogen oxides is too high, the sensor will give a signal to the ECU, which will control the power and torque output of the vehicle engine, and increase the urea injection amount to achieve qualified exhaust emissions.

One of the biggest differences between National VI SCR and National V SCR is that National VI SCR has added a urea quality sensor, which can identify the quality of urea. Poor quality urea cannot be used anymore. Only high-quality urea can be used, which also leads to an increase in vehicle costs.

The above is the general process of SCR system processing, which is also the final step of the entire post-processing process. After these steps, the exhaust standards can meet the requirements of National VI emission standards.
