Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

EGR

EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation System), as the name suggests, is the installation of an exhaust gas recirculation device on the engine exhaust pipe, which controls the exhaust throttle valve according to the instructions of the ECU engine computer, and divides the engine exhaust into two paths. All the way into EGR to participate in combustion again in the engine, and all the way into turbocharging to push the turbocharger before being discharged.

The main significance of EGR is to reduce the nitrogen oxide content in the exhaust and lower the combustion temperature inside the cylinder. Because at higher temperatures, oxygen reacts with nitrogen to form nitrogen oxides, which are the main culprits of acid rain formation. Lowering the temperature can reduce nitrogen oxide emissions.

Due to the strict control of exhaust nitrogen oxide content in China VI regulations, the nitrogen oxide content of exhaust gas emitted after entering the engine for secondary combustion through EGR will be reduced by about 30% -50% compared to the exhaust gas emitted from single combustion. (Related to EGR rate size)
