Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.
1. Take off the air filter and step on the accelerator in place to see if black smoke comes out of the air filter. If so, it will be blocked;
2. Feel the temperature difference between the front and back of the ternary catalyst to judge whether it is blocked or not. The large temperature difference means that it is blocked;
3. Check whether the voltage of the front and rear oxygen sensor of the ternary catalyst fluctuates greatly. If the fluctuation is very large, it means that the ternary catalyst is damaged, that is, it is blocked or burned the ternary because of the engine fire;
4. Put your hand into the exhaust pipe to see if you can feel the airflow. If you can't feel it, it means it's blocked;
5. The maximum speed cannot be reached during the test drive, and the acceleration is poor, which is also a possible manifestation of the ternary catalyst blockage.
