Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

The working principle of DPF

The particulate trap can reduce the soot generated by diesel engines by over 90%. The captured particulate emissions are subsequently burned out during vehicle operation. Its basic working principle is: the diesel particulate filter is sprayed with metal platinum, rhodium, and palladium, and the black smoke containing carbon particles emitted by the diesel engine enters the engine exhaust particulate trap through a special pipeline. After passing through the densely arranged bag filter inside, the carbon smoke particles are adsorbed on the filter made of metal fiber felt; When the adsorption capacity of particles reaches a certain level, the burner at the tail end automatically ignites to burn off the attached carbon smoke particles, turning them into harmless carbon dioxide that is emitted to the human body. This process is repeated continuously, also known as regeneration.

DPF and CDPF have the same function, only different structures. DPF adds combustion function, which can complete regeneration faster.
