Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

Method 1: bottle-type cleaning of three elements:

The advantage of this method is that it eliminates the need to disassemble the three-way catalytic converter, but the cleaning effect is not optimal, and the cost of purchasing cleaning equipment and cleaning agents is high. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Hang the bottle on the engine intake pipe (a vacuum tube on the intake manifold).

Keep the engine idling and maintain a certain speed (1500-2000 rpm).

Slowly open the flow control valve of the cleaning equipment to atomize the cleaning agent and allow it to enter the engine for combustion.

4. The best control of cleaning agent flow is when the engine is running at idle speed with slight vibration.

5. After cleaning, allow the engine to continue running at idle speed for 2-3 minutes, then repeatedly increase the throttle to discharge the adherents that have fallen off the surface of the oxygen sensor and three-way catalytic converter after cleaning, until there is no grayish black or green smoke emitted from the exhaust pipe.

The following points should be noted:

1. It is not advisable to clean the engine when it is not working properly, has vibration, abnormal noise, severe oil burning, obvious lack of cylinders, or misfire.

2. It is not advisable to clean the three-way catalyst in the case of serious sintering or damage, as it will have no effect.

3. During the cleaning process, it is strictly prohibited to accelerate, and attention should be paid to the flow rate of the cleaning agent at all times to avoid abnormal engine operation caused by excessive flow.

Method 2: Clean the ternary by using oxalic acid and radish method:

This is a simple and low-cost method. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Remove the three-way catalyst and clean it with oxalic acid and radish.

2. Pour 10% concentration of oxalic acid into four wells and let it stand for more than half an hour.

3. Pull out the radish and pour out the blackened oxalic acid.

4. Clean it again with a small amount of oxalic acid and pour it out completely.

5. Use a hair dryer to blow out the remaining oxalic acid.

6. Reinstall the three-way catalyst and drive the car for a few kilometers to allow the high-temperature exhaust gas emitted by the car to completely evaporate the oxalic acid, so as to prevent it from corroding the mechanical parts.

The following points should be noted:

1. Select the appropriate concentration of oxalic acid.

2. It is strictly prohibited to accelerate, and always pay attention to the flow of cleaning agent to avoid abnormal engine operation caused by excessive flow.

Both methods can effectively clean the three-way catalyst, but the specific choice of method depends on individual circumstances and vehicle conditions.
