Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

DPF is the abbreviation for Diesel Particulate Filter, which means diesel particulate filter in Chinese. The DPF device is installed in the exhaust system of diesel vehicles and is a device that reduces particulate matter (PM) in the exhaust through filtration.

The diesel particulate filter (DPF) captures particles through surface and internal mixed filtering devices, such as diffusion precipitation, inertial precipitation, or linear interception. DPF can effectively purify 70% -90% of particles in exhaust, and is one of the most effective and direct methods for purifying diesel particulate matter. It has been commercialized internationally.

When cars often drive in urban areas and cannot travel quickly, the particulate trap is very prone to clogging. When clogging occurs, the regeneration button can be pressed to quickly idle the engine, thereby increasing the temperature inside the trap and burning some small particles.

The illumination of the driver warning light indicates that the diesel driver alert system has been activated. This system is designed specifically to meet the National VI emission standards and aims to reduce the harm of automobile exhaust to the environment and human health. Its core function is to monitor the operation status of the exhaust emission control system, especially the urea system, to ensure that nitrogen oxide emissions meet the standards.

Once the warning light is on, the driver should first troubleshoot the vehicle. If a malfunction is found, it must be repaired in a timely manner. If it cannot be repaired immediately, the driver alert system will take measures to limit engine performance, but it will not hinder vehicle operation. This is a unique design of the National VI standard, which includes a two-stage engine performance limit logic, namely a first stage and a second stage engine performance limit system.

When there is a minor malfunction in the engine, the primary system will intervene to limit the engine's output power in order to reduce exhaust emissions. At this point, the vehicle can still operate normally, but the power may be slightly reduced. Drivers should quickly take their vehicles to a professional repair shop for inspection and maintenance.

If the engine experiences a serious malfunction, the secondary system will activate, further limiting the engine output and potentially causing the vehicle to be unable to travel. In this case, the driver should immediately send the vehicle for repair to prevent further damage to the engine.

Although the driver alert system can effectively remind and protect, it is not omnipotent. Drivers still need to regularly maintain and inspect their vehicles to ensure they are always in optimal condition.

In addition to the driver alert system, diesel vehicles are also equipped with other exhaust emission control systems, such as diesel particulate filters (DPF) and catalytic converters. These systems work together to further reduce the content of harmful substances in exhaust gas, thereby enhancing the environmental performance of vehicles.

The National VI emission standard poses a more stringent challenge to the exhaust emissions of diesel vehicles, and the driver warning system is one of the key technologies to address this challenge. Drivers need to have a deep understanding of the working principle and importance of the system, and regularly conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure that the vehicle continues to meet standards and contribute to environmental protection and human health. At the same time, comprehensive vehicle maintenance and inspection are also necessary measures to extend vehicle life, improve performance and safety.
