Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

With the increasingly strict emission standards for automobiles, many car manufacturers usually install a particulate trap in the middle of the exhaust system to make their models comply with the six national standards. Many car owners have expressed that they do not understand particle traps, so let's take a look at the advantages of particle traps together!

Why are more and more cars equipped with particle traps?

The editor will answer for you. A particulate filter usually refers to a ceramic filter installed in the emission system of a diesel engine, abbreviated as DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), which can effectively filter out small particles in the exhaust of a car. However, in order to meet increasingly stringent emission requirements, many gasoline cars have also been equipped with particulate filters in recent years. The four harmful substances contained in automobile exhaust are nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, non methane hydrocarbons, and fine particulate matter. The first three gases can be reduced in pollutant emissions through a three-way catalytic device, while fine particulate matter, also known as "PM" in PM2.5, can only be solved through particle traps.
