Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

Let's take a closer look at the small holes inside the particle trap, which are mostly blocked by black material.

The particle trap, like the three-way catalyst, is a honeycomb shaped ceramic structure. However, the honeycomb shaped structure of the particle trap is not transparent, and the honeycomb shaped small holes are not as transparent as those of the three-way catalyst. The ceramic body of the three-way catalyst can be illuminated at one end with a headlight, and light can be seen at the other end, while the particle trap cannot see light, indicating that the ceramic holes are not straight cylindrical.

From the structural difference, it can be seen that particle traps are easier to adsorb and retain solid particles than three-way catalysts, and are more prone to clogging.
