Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

As shown in the figure below, Isuzu's diesel engine has a severely clogged particle trap, resulting in a significant decrease in engine power and a significant increase in fuel consumption. Some car enthusiasts may have questions, how could a clogged particle trap cause such a problem?

The answer is simple. After the particle trap is severely clogged, the engine's exhaust is severely obstructed, which will definitely have an impact on power. Due to severe blockage of the particle trap, it is no longer possible to clear it through its own regeneration function. The only solution is to remove the particle trap.

As shown in the figure below, this is Isuzu's three-way catalyst and particle trap. The left side is the particle trap, with two yellow circles at each end. The left side is equipped with a front oxygen sensor, and the right side is equipped with a rear oxygen sensor; The cylindrical particle trap on the right also has two yellow circles at both ends, each equipped with two differential pressure sensors to detect the blockage of the particle trap.

This particle trap is severely clogged, and only by removing it can the internal particles be cleaned. As shown in the figure below, the middle between the three-way catalyst and the particle trap has been cut open.
