Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

In situ regeneration (active regeneration):

Generally, in situ regeneration takes 10 to 15 minutes.

Process: After starting the engine and pressing the central control DPF regeneration button, the vehicle automatically enters the regeneration program. The onboard computer displays "start regeneration", and the engine accelerates in place, maintaining a speed of around 2000-2500 revolutions per minute. After waiting in place for the corresponding time, the vehicle speed decreases, and the onboard computer displays "regeneration completed". The DPF fault light disappears.

Driving regeneration (active regeneration):

The time is not fixed. Generally, during normal driving of the vehicle, when certain conditions are met (such as reaching a certain mileage, DPF pressure difference signal, or carbon load calculated by the ECU internal model), the vehicle will automatically enter the regeneration working state without manual intervention, and only need to maintain normal driving.

Due to different driving conditions and loads of the vehicle, it may last for several minutes to several tens of minutes.

Passive regeneration:

It usually occurs automatically during normal vehicle operation and does not require additional operation.

When the engine exhaust temperature is high enough, the particulate matter in the DPF will self combust and achieve regeneration.

Usually triggered during high-speed and heavy load driving of vehicles, it may last for several minutes to tens of minutes, and is also affected by vehicle operating conditions, exhaust temperature, and other factors.

Different vehicle models:

The DPF parking regeneration time for light trucks is usually 15-30 minutes.

Due to the larger size of the DPF and the possibility of more severe blockage, the parking regeneration time for heavy trucks is generally between 45-90 minutes.

Please note that during the DPF regeneration process, follow the manufacturer's instructions and ensure safety. If the regeneration indicator light goes out, it is recommended to turn off the engine and wait for a period of time (such as five minutes), then perform several ignition cycles to ensure that the regeneration process is completely completed and any possible malfunction indicator lights are extinguished.
