Through advanced filtration technology and high - quality materials, we ensure that our DPFs meet the most stringent environmental standards helping to improve air quality and protect the environment.

Diesel car owners may encounter situations where the DPF indicator light is on. Here are several ways to handle this.

Firstly, when the DPF indicator light displays green, it usually means that the system is automatically undergoing regeneration without human intervention. This situation often occurs when the vehicle is driving at high speeds (over 80km/h). If the normal driving state is maintained, the system will automatically complete the particulate matter treatment, and the indicator light will then turn off.

Secondly, when the DPF yellow indicator light flashes, it indicates that the vehicle is in a low-speed driving state (below 80km/h). At this point, it is recommended to drive the vehicle away from the danger zone, park in neutral, apply the handbrake, and press the DPF control button to initiate manual regeneration. During the processing, the yellow indicator light will remain on continuously, and the entire process takes about 15-30 minutes. After completion, the indicator light will automatically turn off.

In addition, car owners can also choose to perform regeneration operations at any time, especially for vehicles mainly driven in urban areas. For example, after parking the vehicle, long press the DPF processing button for 3-5 seconds to start the detection. If the yellow indicator light flashes, manual regeneration will be performed, and wait for 15-30 minutes until the indicator light goes out.

DPFThe diesel particulate filter is a device that can significantly reduce particulate matter emissions in the exhaust. It captures particles through a filtering device that mixes surface and interior, and is one of the most effective and direct methods for purifying particulate matter produced by diesel vehicles. With the implementation of the National VI emission standard, the installation of DPF has gradually become a necessary option for diesel vehicles. In response to increasingly stringent emission control standards, diesel exhaust aftertreatment technology, as a key component of the entire emission control system, is receiving increasing attention. Therefore, when purchasing a diesel car, the owner should ensure that the vehicle is equipped with a DPF diesel filter to meet the registration requirements.
